We blend contemporary and traditional elements, reflecting a passion for God and a shared heritage with the historic church. Our dress and context are casual. Our leaders are approachable.
We gather on Sundays to rehearse and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our use of contemporary and traditional elements within the service reflect two things: a deep passion for God and a shared heritage with the historic church.
The order of our service says volumes about what we believe. Each Sunday we follow a format. We post each weeks liturgy and song list on our facebook page.
We believe that the health of the Church depends on the proclamation of God’s Word. With that belief, we desire to teach in our preaching in a thoroughly biblical manner while making it applicable to everyday life. So each Sunday you will hear a sermon that is expositional (it seeks to inform us of the point of a Biblical text). Each sermon is guided by the Gospel, the good news of God’s saving work through the life, death, burial, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. This is the central message of the Bible.
We provide Children’s Ministry for 0–3 year olds during the sermon portion of our service. Your children are always welcome to stay with you and there is even a special place for mothers with infants. It’s all up to you. This is a safe place to train your children to worship God.
We follow strict safety protocols and utilize Ministry Safe to train and qualify our volunteers. Because we value the spiritual and physical safety of your children we are purposely slow in adding any more age groups into our children’s ministry. However, as we grow and gifted volunteers become a part of the church our children’s ministry will expand.
